Description
Ben Lippen School seeks a talented leader with energy and vision, honed by significant experience in Christian school education. This is a compelling leadership opportunity for a man or woman with a proven track record to build on our rich tradition and move the school to a new level of excellence in collaboration with 黑料视频. The Head of School is the chief executive officer, academic leader, and spiritual leader of the school, reporting to both the Ben Lippen School Board and Provost of CIU. As CEO, the Head of School works in close collaboration with the school board and the BLS Administrative Team to provide overall leadership and direction for the school. The Head of School is expected to build upon the existing strengths of the school and to provide strategic, visionary leadership as the school enters the next phase of its development.
Responsibilities
Our leader will:
- be an evangelical who follows God鈥檚 guidance in his or her leadership and submits to the authority of Scripture.听
- appreciate the culture of Ben Lippen by decisively guiding it consistent with its core values.
- relate to faculty, parents, students, and CIU leadership and collaborate to identify goals and priorities with effective communication.
- value and foster relationships with students, parents, faculty, staff, alumni, and throughout 黑料视频 and will nurture and participate in the strong community that has been established at Ben Lippen School.
- be a biblical steward of Ben Lippen鈥檚 resources and will excel in raising funds, especially those aimed at supporting the strategic initiatives that emerge from the strategic planning process.听
- recruit and retain highly competent faculty and staff, offer competitive compensation, support appropriate teacher workloads and student programs, and maintain a healthy enrollment.
- be the protector of the Ben Lippen mission and vision and will lead with a clear, concise vision that pursues excellence while exhibiting the patience to maintain and manage growth wisely.听
- be a servant leader who walks in a manner worthy of Christ.

Qualifications
- Proven strategic planning skills and instructional leadership.
- Fundraising and institutional advancement experience.
- Ability to maintain a stable enrollment and manage multiple campuses.
- Fosters biblical unity in the community.
- Knowledgeable of resident student programs.
- Transparent with budgetary processes and financial management.
- Experience with recruitment and retention of effective educators.
- Experience with integration of fine arts and athletic programs.
- Innovative in quality opportunities for online learning.
- Previous experience as an administrator in a Christian K-12 or secondary school as a current head of school, an assistant head of school, or a divisional leader.
- Committed Christian with a passion for Christian education.
- Advanced degree (Master's or above) in education, leadership, or equivalent.
